Free Standard Delivery
At Langholme Interiors, Standard Delivery is free for orders over £40, for orders less than £40, delivery to the UK Mainland is £3.75. Langholme Interiors only offer delivery to UK Mainland.
Delivery Timeframes
Your items will be delivered within 5-7 working days from the date of order confirmation.
Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched from our supplier, you will receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking information where available.
Delivery Details
All deliveries require a signature upon receipt.
Please ensure someone is available to accept delivery at the address provided.
If no one is available to receive your delivery, a card will be left with instructions on how to arrange redelivery or collection.
Delivery Areas
UK Mainland.
Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands & Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Channel Islands: Additional charges may apply. Please contact customer service for details before placing your order.
International Delivery: We currently do not ship outside the UK.
Large or Bulky Items
Some larger furniture items may require specialised delivery services.
For these items, our customer service team will contact you to arrange a convenient delivery date.
Delivery Delays
While we strive to meet our delivery timeframes, occasionally factors beyond our control may cause delays.
During peak periods (such as Black Friday and Christmas), delivery times may be slightly longer than usual.
We will keep you informed of any significant delays affecting your order.
Missing or Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged or is missing items, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery.
Please retain all packaging until you have inspected your items thoroughly.
