By accessing our Site and placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our Site or services.

"Customer," "you," or "your" refers to the person accessing the Site and/or placing an order. "Products" refers to the interior goods available for purchase on our Site. "Order" means a request to purchase Products from our Site.

3. Products and Pricing

3.1 All Products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any Product at any time.

3.2 Prices displayed on our Site are in Pound Sterling (£) and include Value Added Tax (VAT) at the current rate.

3.3 We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.

3.4 Despite our best efforts, some Products may be incorrectly priced. If a Product's correct price is higher than the price stated on our Site, we will contact you before dispatching the Order.

4. Order Process

4.1 Orders placed through our Site constitute an offer to purchase Products.

4.2 No contract for the sale of Products will exist between you and us until we have accepted your Order by sending an Order Confirmation email.

4.3 We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any Orders at our discretion.

5. Payment

5.1 We accept payment through Visa, Debit, Mastercard and PayPal.

5.2 Payment must be made in full at the time of placing an Order.

5.3 By providing payment details, you confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method.

6. Delivery

6.1 Products are shipped directly from our suppliers to the delivery address provided by you.

6.2 Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed

6.3 We are not responsible for delays in delivery caused by circumstances beyond our control

6.4 Risk of loss or damage to Products passes to you upon delivery.

7. Returns and Refund

7.1 You have the right to cancel an Order within 14 days from the day you receive the Products without giving any reason (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013).

7.2 To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement (e.g., a letter, email, or phone call)

7.3 You must return the Products to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day you informed us of your cancellation.

7.4 You will bear the direct cost of returning the Products unless the Products are faulty or misdescribed

7.5 We will refund you the price paid for the Products and the original delivery cost (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us).

7.6 We may make a deduction from the refund for loss in value of any Products supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you.

8. Damaged or Defective Product

8.1 If Products are damaged upon delivery or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt.

8.2 You may be required to provide photographs of damaged Products.

8.3 For defective Products, your statutory rights apply.
